My Client’s Settlement Agreement
My client contacted Lincs Law Employment Solicitors because he had been offered a Settlement Agreement by his employer.
A Settlement Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and your employer. A Settlement Agreement must be in writing and, importantly, you must enter it voluntarily. This means you cannot be forced to sign the Settlement Agreement. It is a legal requirement that an employee must take independent legal advice before they sign a Settlement Agreement.
