Free Employment Law Advice
I understand that for most people, instructing an employment lawyer or solicitor is not an everyday occurrence. It can be daunting taking that first step to ask for help, especially if your job is at risk or if you are struggling with a situation at work. Worrying about how to get help (and, of course, what it might cost) just adds to the anxiety. That’s why we start our relationship with all our clients with a free consultation. To discuss your work problem with a fully qualified Employment Solicitor, simply use the contact form, engage in a web chat, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01522 440512 and we’ll be happy to help.
Free Employment Law Consultation
At Lincs Law Employment Solicitors we are always mindful of the concerns our clients will have about fees. When I started the firm, I wanted to make sure clients understood they were in control and could decide how much or how little assistance they wanted. That is why our charges are set out openly and in full on our website at https://lincslaw.co.uk/fees/employees/. Also, where possible, we break down our assistance into sections so clients only commit to the next agreed piece of work. This way, it gives you the choice of when and what help we provide.
Getting started couldn’t be easier. Just call us on 01522 440512 and an employment solicitor will have a chat with you about your situation. We should be able to point you in the right direction and certainly say whether it is worth you booking in for a Fixed Fee Consultation. We don’t charge for this advice and you will speak to me or one of the other fully qualified, experienced employment solicitors. If this is all the help you need, then that is absolutely fine. If your situation requires further help, we will suggest a Fixed Fee Consultation.
Fixed Cost Employment Law Advice
A Fixed Fee Consultation is a meeting by video, telephone or face to face – at your preference. There is no time limit and as the name suggests, the cost of the consultation is fixed no matter how long the meeting takes. We go through the full background of your situation together, have a look at any paperwork from your employer, discuss next steps, identify any Employment Tribunal claims you may have and, then, estimate the value of those claims. Following our meeting we confirm our advice in writing.
The cost of your Fixed Fee Consultation will depend on which of our Employment Solicitors you choose to help you. More information about our employment lawyers can be found at our website at https://lincslaw.co.uk/about/our-team/ For more information about Fixed Fee Consultations generally and for pricing information, please visit our website at lincslaw.co.uk/fees/employees
Again, if a Fixed Fee Consultation is all the help you need, then no problem. If you require assistance at a disciplinary or grievance meeting, or representation at the Employment Tribunal we will go through your funding options. Depending upon your situation, we could be utilising a Legal Expenses Policy, we could agree a price for a particular piece of work, we could be using a “no win, no fee” agreement or a “success fee” agreement. Whatever the way forward, you are in control.
