I am delighted to have received positive feedback from a client of mine. Read on to see what my client had to say.

I have recently achieved a settlement for a client who had been treated unfairly at work, and consequently, resigned from their employment. When I met with my client I advised that he had a good claim for Constructive Unfair Dismissal, following his employers actions. It was agreed, however, that before issuing his claim to the Employment Tribunal I would liaise directly with the company to see if an early settlement could be achieved. I am pleased to say after a couple of weeks, this was achieved.

What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a legal adviser?

I was unfairly treated at my previous employers.

How did Lucy Stones help you?

She outlined all the possibilities pros and cons, at first I was very nervous and quickly learnt I could trust Lucy as she was very easy to talk.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

At first I wasn’t expecting too much in terms of compensation, I was offered far more than expected and I believe this was due to the way Lucy handled the conversation had with my previous employers. Very satisfied with the results.

What could they have done better?

I don’t believe there would be much in the way of improvement, as the results I received where far beyond my expectations.
