My Client’s Story
I was instructed by my client in respect of a Settlement Agreement. Unfortunately, the Settlement Agreement contained several drafting errors which needed to be rectified before my client could sign. After entering into negotiations, the necessary amendments were made, and my client was able to sign the Settlement Agreement in the knowledge that her interests were being protected.
