On 14 October 2020, I wrote a blog about my client who had been unfairly dismissed and who had pursued an Unfair Dismissal Claim in the Employment Tribunal. Since then, she has very kindly left me feedback on how she found my help and assistance.
I have recently finalised a fantastic outcome for my client. She had received a Settlement Agreement from her employer and made an appointment with me to go over the terms. I was instructed to renegotiate the Termination Payment she was being offered and my client received a fantastic increase to her employers’ original offer.
I was pleased to help my client defend herself against capability and disciplinary procedures initiated by her employer. At the time we met, she was being bullied out of her employment.
