I was delighted to have helped my client achieve a good outcome and negotiate an exit from their employment. Please read on to read their kind words following my advice.
My Client’s Story
I met with my client last year for a Fixed Fee Consultation. My client’s situation was complicated but, in essence, following unreasonable behaviour by a third-party, their employment with the company had become untenable as their employer had been unsupportive toward them. My client was unsure on how to proceed, but for them, they could no longer remain in employment with the company. They wished to negotiate an exit package and move on.
Whilst it took a little time to achieve and requiring several tactical moves, I am delighted that my client has achieved such a good outcome. They have received their contractual entitlements to notice, plus a significant sum as compensation for their loss of employment.
My Client’s Comments
I am delighted to have received the following kind words;
“…the flowers are gratitude from the heart as you helped me through a very difficult time. You deserve the joy they give.”
“Thank you very much for this and for your incredible efforts throughout. To be sure, without your insights and conscientiousness I would not have had the endurance or confidence to sustain my efforts. I really am so grateful.”
They also sent to me a gorgeous bunch of flowers, which shall have pride of place on my dining table at home!
