My Client’s Story
My client contacted me after being promised an agreed redundancy exit package from their employer with enhanced terms. Following that initial promise, my client was presented with an unsatisfactory settlement figure far lower than originally stated and so wanted to understand all their employment law rights before taking any further steps.
