I am delighted to welcome our latest recruit, Jasmine Stewart, to Lincs Law Employment Solicitors. Jasmine joins the firm as a Specialist Employment Solicitor and can’t wait to help her first Lincs Law clients with their workplace issues.
Jasmine qualified as a solicitor in February 2019 having spent six years, both pre and post qualification, with a large regional firm. She received very positive feedback from colleagues but we were impressed with the client reviews she had obtained with her previous firm. Jasmine is obviously a solicitor who goes above and beyond for her clients.
Jasmine will be assisting clients with all manner of workplace problems but currently her focus has been helping clients by:-
- Guiding and assisting through redundancy processes to make sure her clients are being treated fairly and can properly engage with their employer in redundancy consultations;
- Assisting clients accused of misconduct or gross misconduct as part of a disciplinary process by providing advice, guidance and preparing disciplinary statements and appeals; and,
- Advising clients offered a Settlement Agreement by their employer to ensure they are getting a fair deal and have all the information they need to make an informed decision about their future.
