Lincs Law Employment Solicitors are a growing boutique practice specialising in Employment Law. We take pride in the work we do with our clients and have an enviable reputation for supporting people through their workplace issues. We are expanding and seek a full time and part time Employment Solicitor to add to our increasing band of employment law specialists.
These positions would solicitors who have just qualified or who are in the early years of their post qualification experience. We would also like to hear from anyone returning to the law after a career break or solicitors wanting to change their specialism. Some experience in employment law would be an advantage. However, we are expecting to provide training and assistance to the successful candidates. Most important to us is that the successful candidates have a passion for helping others and supporting clients at what is often an incredibly difficult time in their lives.
This is a full-time role with a preferred starting date of 1 September 2020. For the traditionalists, we are happy to discuss the usual 35 hours per week over 5 days. For those who prefer condensed hours, we are happy to discuss 34 hours per week over 4 days.
Salary is dependent upon experience but in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. In addition to basic salary, there are the usual pension and private medical insurance benefits plus a generous bonus scheme. Following a successful probation period, there will be the option to work from home for up to 25% of your contracted hours.
This is a part-time role with a preferred starting date of 1 September 2020. The vacancy is for 21-24 hours per week spread over three or four days.
