Lincs Law Employment Solicitors are a growing boutique practice specialising in Employment Law. We take pride in the work we do with our clients and have an enviable reputation for supporting people through their workplace issues. We are expanding and seek a full and part-time Employment Solicitor to add to our increasing band of employment law specialists.
The position would suit someone at the start of their legal career (either newly qualified or about to qualify as a solicitor) who wants to become a specialist in employment law. We would also like to hear from anyone returning to the law after a career break or wanting to change their specialism. Some experience in employment law would be an advantage. However, we are expecting to provide training and assistance to the successful candidate. Most important to us is that the successful candidate has a passion for helping others and supporting clients at what is often an incredibly difficult time in their lives.
Full Time Post
For the traditionalists, we are happy to discuss the usual 35 hours per week over 5 days. For those of you who prefer condensed hours, we are happy to discuss 34 hours per week over 4 days. Salary is dependent upon experience but in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. In addition to basic salary, there are the usual pension and private medical insurance benefits plus a generous bonus scheme.
Part Time Post
For the part-time post we are looking for someone to do between 21 to 28 hours over three or four days a week. Salary is dependent upon experience but in the region of FTE £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. In addition to basic salary, there are the usual pension and private medical insurance benefits plus a generous bonus scheme.
