Employment Solicitor/Employment Barrister Vacancy – Join Us
Lincs Law Employment Solicitors are a growing boutique practice specialising in Employment Law. We take pride in the work we do with our clients and have an enviable reputation for supporting people through their workplace issues. We are expanding and seek an Employment Solicitor or Employment Barrister to add to our increasing band of employment law specialists.
This position would suit a solicitor or barrister who has just qualified or who is in the early years of their post qualification experience. We would also like to hear from anyone returning to the law after a career break or solicitors and barristers wanting to change their specialism. Some experience in employment law would be an advantage. However, we are expecting to provide training and assistance to the successful candidate. Most important to us is that the successful candidate has a passion for helping others and supporting clients at what is often an incredibly difficult time in their lives.
This role is for 28 or 37.5 hours per week (as per the successful candidate’s preference). Ideally, the start date will be 1 September 2021, although we do have some flexibility with that date. We are also flexible as to working days and times.
Salary is dependent upon experience and preference for weekly hours as above. In addition to basic salary, there are the usual pension benefits and following a successful probation period, private medical insurance, a generous bonus scheme and the option to work from home for up to 25% of your contracted hours.
