Lincs Law Employment Solicitors are a growing boutique practice specialising in Employment Law. We take pride in the work we do with our clients and have an enviable reputation for supporting people through their workplace issues. We are expanding – are you the person we are looking for?
Employment Solicitor or Employment Barrister Vacancy
This position would suit a solicitor or barrister in the early years of their post qualification experience (up to 3 years). We would also like to hear from anyone returning to the law after a career break or solicitors and barristers wanting to change their specialism. Some experience in employment law would be an advantage. However, we are expecting to provide full training and assistance to the successful candidate.
This role is based at our Lincoln office for between 24 to 37.5 hours per week (as per the successful candidate’s preference). We are flexible as to working days and times.
Salary is dependent upon experience and preference for weekly hours as above, but in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum FTE. In addition to basic salary, there are the usual pension benefits and, following a successful probation period, private medical insurance, a generous bonus scheme and the option to work from home for up to 25% of your contracted hours.
